Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
- Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle.
- Already processed orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per our return policy.
- Terazi is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from customer error, such as an incorrect address, theft after delivery, or other. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@terazilife.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping if applicable.
Refunds
- Your order needs to be shipped within 30 days of requesting a refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A Return / Shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
