If you're not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
1. For Signature Collection
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@terazilife.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping if applicable.
Refunds
- Your order needs to be shipped within 30 days of requesting a refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- A Return / Shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
